Both FHM and LUBA offer online Bill Pay
All policyholders are eligible
Monthly Self-Reporting - requires a policyholder to report their payrolls online and then choose a payment option
Installments - can pay online through auto-pay or a one-time payment
Note: Payment through EFT, no credit cards accepted
