Mr. Seay was elected as a director of FHM in 1996 after serving as an insurance and tax consultant for the organization since 1978.  Mr. Seay is both a CPA and insurance company consultant in private practice since 1984.  Prior to forming his own practice, he was a partner in the national CPA firm of KPMG Peat Marwick.  In addition, Mr. Seay is a Chartered Life Underwriter and has served as director for several insurance and insurance-related companies.
